Using The Velocyt®, Researchers at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center were able to:
- Measure nanoparticle and myeloid cell penetration in metastatic spheroids within a mouse model of ovarian cancer
- Image well over 100,000 events in 10 minutes
- Use total recovery to conduct additional confirmatory studies
- Achieve minimal sample preparation using only buffer exchange
